I suggest you ...

Make collection of a separate email address for each ticket optional.

When ticket orders are placed, the purchaser is asked for an email address for the whole order plus an email address for each separate ticket. Allow the designer the option of requesting only one email address for the entire order so that purchasers do not have to type in the same information many times. When this option is selected, all tickets and payment info would be sent to that one email address.

I really would appreciate this option to. Shouldn't be that hard to be able to remove the participants input field in the settings menu, only asking for the bookers information?

Keep up the good work guys!

I'm trying to set up a family workshop and want them to be able to reserve more than one ticket, it's not appropriate to have to put an email address for each child! Any chance you can make this optional soon? The system isn't workable without this for what I need, which is a shame as it's very good otherwise.
